These Terms govern your use of Daily Text ("the app"), published by Daily Text ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial, devotional use. You agree not to: reverse-engineer, copy or resell the app; interfere with or block its ads; or use it for anything unlawful.

Content

The daily scripture and devotional texts shown in the app belong to their respective publishers and are provided for your personal devotional use. Daily Text is an independent reader and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those publishers. We do not guarantee the accuracy or continued availability of that content.

Ads

The app is free and supported by third-party advertising (Google AdMob). We do not control and are not responsible for the content of ads or the websites they link to.

"As is", no warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Text will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights that cannot be limited under the law of your country of residence, including mandatory consumer protections.

Apple

You and Apple agree that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and provides no warranty or support for it; any claims relating to the app are between you and us, not Apple. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo and are not on any U.S. list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms (we will change the date above) or stop offering the app at any time. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the European Union and of the member state in which the developer is established, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
